Today is an exciting day! I have been saving my pennies and I think I finally put together a good PC build for gaming and 3D modeling. I got everything I need and I am about to make my purchase later on today.
However before I make the big leap and purchase all of the parts I'd like to run it by everybody to see if what I have is a good solid build and if I should make any changes before ordering the parts. My goal is to perhaps save a little money or if I could squeeze in a better part for less.
Here's the build- http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3L6np
Note: I have signed up for an Amazon Prime account trial to save on shipping but I am ordering the rest of the parts from NewEgg.
I want to thank everybody for all of the help so far, I truly appreciate it.
If your not concerned about upgrading in the future, this may be better for you. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Kenshinfo/saved/4EsA. But all in all, your build seems to be solid enough
Thanks for your reply, I like the Geforce GTX 760 video card you chose, mainly because it has cooling on the card but I think I will stick with the Radeon R9 card. I'll probably upgrade when the Titan Z goes down in price, haha :D
I ordered the parts, they should be at my house by Monday/Tuesday. I was hoping for more replies/opinions but it's okay. I feel confident with the build.
