I think you just make your user name, then tell them here that you want to join their team. Only the team manager can add new players to the team.

ya never heard of it tell now, wish I had this a few years back. Takes out a lot of work of keeping track of big groups it looks like.

Considering I have only played SC2 out of every game on that list, I cannot imagine I will win any tournament or even place anywhere near the top. My only hope is Doom Beta.
