I do actually follow F1 and also Nascar.
WTCC sometimes.
have not followed WTCC in ages. i could not take a guess on who even makes cars or motors for those events anymore.
Yeah unfortunately Volvo doesn´t participate in wtcc anymore.
I believe that team now uses those chinese Lynk & Co cars.
Although those are basically still Volvo´s underneath.

apparently there is a 8 year life span on models. even the yaris’s last year is supposed to be 2020.

yeah i have been breezing through the rule books and tech details… all in all the new format seems like it allows for mostly stock configurations. of course there has to be some mods for safety and engine limits.
still trying to get used to the fact that rally is mostly dead for broadcast in the USA .
GT is mostly ignored hardly marketed or promoted anymore. i loved watching production cars that had near identical setup’s for road use.

Yeah rally is also pretty much not broadcasted up here either.
It’s mainly F1, wtcr and Nascar.
Nascar is also kinda cool but a bit boring at times.
Yeah i saw that one pretty nice looking Gt coupe.
Although i´m generally not a huge fan of EV’s.
the only Nascar races i care about are the road races, and indy. rest are mostly predictable from qualifying.
