I have to wonder if these things " break in " because it seems like they are getting a little better with use.

Perhaps they do, i havenāt experienced it because i left them playing with the Meridian for an hour before i came back to them.
Tip rolling also yields different results, i still prefer the medium stock tips, but i also liked foam tips.
About to slap them on viper4andriod and truly test their limits. My first impressions were plug and play un modded windows. Low bitrate and depth. They are fairly easy to drive.
Super easy, max volume iām willing to drive on Windows with the Meridian is just 12%.
My Galaxy S10e also has zero issue playing them, around 50% is more than adequate.
so i let the things freeze in the mailbox for about 4 days, i am fucking with them now. after having to look up how to wear them i realize having them in your ear even slightly off changes how it sounds dramatically. they have have not sounded the same once ive listened to 3 songs a few times and i think it smashes the guitar and bass guitar sound together really hard or something it just doesnt feel quite right (compared to the bitch ass in ears apple gives you with an iphone 6) i might be getting distinctly different audio levels from the songs and direction to one ear more than the other? the longer i listen and compare the two the worse it gets for both i swear im just losing my mind and its pebkac but i cannot pinpoint what is going on
iphone 6 used for output all audio settings default, vinyl rips of black sabbath, and ALAC of bolzer used for sound testing (different albums, vinyl, and era have very different sound) included cable used, M/L tips not decided on which yet
i will try my pc motherboard audio and play some tarkov with them in (sometimes sound direction and whatnot is very distinct) and get back here to update if i remember or actually do this

follow up. they do sound kinda bad, but for $7 unbeatable for tarkov the sound distance and direction is pretty solid. if you are dirt farmer poor these are the best ive had under $20 for sure but quite heavy & somewhat uncomfortable imo

Itās decent, for a person that goes āI just wanna listen to stuff and not even wave a $10 billā, this is perfect.
