KVM Switch - Keyboard and Mouse don't work

Hello,

I recently bought a level 1 KVM switch to share two monitors, a keyboard and mouse between two computers.

However, after connecting and plugging everything in, I found that the video works fine, but the keyboard and mouse will not display any input on the monitors. I can see the power is working fine by the flashing LEDs, but they don’t work.

Currently using a Logitech G502 mouse and Magicforce 68 keyboard. Would appreciate any tips/troubleshooting steps!

Try turning of nkro (n key rollover) on the keyboard and plug the mouse into the front USB plug not the hid one labeled mouse in the back.

Not sure how to mark solved, but Wendell helped me. Turns out I didn’t have USB A to B back to either computer. Installed the cables and it works. Thanks!
