KVM no longer powers on

USB Interface (5-gigabit or 10-gigbit):

10-gigbit


Problem:

Unit does not power on; need replacement

Other Notes:

just under 1 year since it shipped

have you tried another power brick? and making sure it was unplugged from USB and power for 5 mins?

even if it’s totally dead you should get a green light on USB connection.

I have tried a known-good brick and I do get a green light on the failed kvm upon USB connect. I happen to own another older L1T kvm, so that’s how I know the brick is good and the kvm is not.

I used this KVM daily. I apologize if I’m being pushy, but I need to move this forward. What is my next step?
