KVM is not working with double xeons

On Ubuntu 19.10 @ 5.3.0-19-generic I cannot get kvm working. Before I had different MOBO and just one CPU and everything was fine.

It was mismatching CPU:s, stepping, cpu id and everything was fine, but the string name of cpu was different.
