KVM Coil Whine / High Pitched Noise

KVM Model:

1.4 Display Port KVM Switch - Single Monitor - Two Computer

USB Interface (5-gigabit or 10-gigbit):

5-gigabit

Problem:

The KVM makes a continuous high-pitched whine noise that does not stop. The noise happens when the KVM is plugged into power with no other cables attached. I tried plugging the power adapter into multiple sockets and the noise continues.

Not affiliated with the store. Have you tried finding out if the adapter or the module is making that noise?
