Kraken X60 not reconized

So I tried plugging in my kraken and it's still not reconizing even after I installed the drivers from NZXT.

 

I plugged it into all three usb headers and still nothing....

 

Thoughts? Ideas?

Can you confirm USB headers work? It's entirely possible you have a faulty unit if the headers do work.

I secound that I own the x60 and have never had that problem (not saying it cant happen)
