Korean Monitor Compatiblity

hey guys, long time watcher/lurker first time poster!

So basically i have a Single Asus DC2 GTX780 in my system, and im pretty keen on buying 2 of the Qnix 27" 1440p Korean monitors to run in a dual monitor setup.

What i am unsure about is.. on the ebay description of the monitors it says they only work with Dual Link DVI-D.

My Graphics card im pretty sure has.

1x Dual Link DVI-D

and

1x Dual Link DVI-i

so i just wanted to know if i can run these 2 monitors in a dual setup with my current gpu.

thanks

It will work fine.

The I in DVI-I simply represents its ability to take an adapter to convert it to VGA (analog).

What you need is two "Dual link" DVI ports. Which you have! You will be able to run those two monitors

You can have them both hooked up to your card. DVI-D connectors only carry digital, but DVI-I connectors carry both analogue and digital. Since the panel on the QX2710 is digital, it'll be able to run off both. Just make sure that the cables you're using are DVI-D, because you can't use a DVI-I cable in a DVI-D connector.

awesome! thanks for your fast replys
