Koolance Quick Disconnects Confusion?

Hey guys , I use this watercooling kit : http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-157-XS&groupid=962&catid=1532

And I want to get some Koolance Quick Disconnects because they seem very useful for draining the loop and for adding things. I'm not sure what size tubing the kit uses , but you can find out in the information. I really want the Koolance Quick Disconnects , would you be able to find me a pair (male and female) for the size of tubing I am using which is on the kit?

If I recall, all of the XSPC kits use 7/16" tubing.

Ahh.. So which Koolance Quick Disconnect would I use? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/search_results.php?keywords=koolance+disconnect+5%2F8&_=1374266921588 , No idea on this.
