For bluetooth you can get a USB dongle for 20$ from any store and, at the same price, a copy of W10 from online key seller like G2A.

Just be aware that the skylake set of cpu's doesn’t support windows 7 it doesn’t mean it wont work but Microsoft doesn’t support it.
