Hello everyone! So I a while ago my brother got an expensive logitech headset. I just got a look at the thing, it's kinkier than a furry rave. He can't even put it on his head it's so kinked. Has anyone experienced this problem before/knows a fix? Anything would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys! P.S. It didn't come out of the box like that. It's totally his fault, but would he still be able to return it? I'm not sure how long logitech's warranties are but he got it after christmas.
