I have owned my G750 for a little while and recently I took the opportunity to purchase a Kingston HyperX 3K. I'm currently in the process of trying to install it but it is pretty painful trying to piece together exactly what I'm doing from various videos and instructions for different hardware and software. Does anyone know of any resources? Or am I just missing something painfully obvious from Kingston?
Help us help you. What exactly is the problem you're having? The EXACT issue would be helpful. (Clarence? Comparability? What?)
is it too wide to install? or are you having software install issues?
Update from 3 weeks later... Full time work sucks. Haven't had a chance to do anything much.
This post was kind of a general plea for help. I had no idea what I was doing. (Hardware wise installation was simple I'm great with screwing things)
My current situation (Now that I've found some time to work on it)
I have a copy of windows 7 on a disk and I want to format my current drive use it for mass storage and use the SSD for a boot drive. Unfortunately I'm running into an issue with formatting, and typical issues of being completely ignorant.
My exact error message I'm trying to deal with right now
"Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI systems, Windows can only be installed to GPT disks."
