He'll be serving consecutive life sentences for every upload. Maybe even the death penalty as a traitor to the country he doesn't live in.

He will disappear off the face of the planet if he was smart. He will probably want to face trial though, so the US can't say "He's obviously guilty or he wouldn't run!".
