Keyboard problem can someone help

ok i bought

and the problem is when i put the usb i got with it which makes my keyboard to work in the back bannel of the case !

its like my keyboard doesnt work

signals too weak

its like dieing battries in the keyboard

and it only works if i put it very very near to the case

but if i put it in the front pannel of case

i can go anywhere in room it works like a charm 

any ideas of problem here ?

that's becuase your case blocks and reflects the wireless signal in the opposite direction you want it to go...
