Kernel-Power 41 (63) -PC keeps crashing-

This week my PC has crashed 3 times already, once when I was gaming and twice when I was just on the internet. I get a blue screen and it just restarts again. When I look at my event viewer I get this error:

Log Name: System
Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power
Date: 29-5-2013 17:56:19
Event ID: 41
Task Category: (63)
Level: Critical
Keywords: (2)
Computer: Sebbe-PC
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I've no idea what this all means. My internet's been cutting out a lot lately aswell, although it says it's connected, just nothing loads. Not sure if this has anything to do with it. I'm now running a virus scan to see if that can fix it.

Just tested with AVG and I found a trojan horse. Not sure if that fixed the problem, I think it didn't.

I think the kernel power error comes because of other errors.  Like whenever your computer locks up you will get a kernel power error.  Don't quote me on it though.
