When booting on the lastest kernel, 4.10 on various OSs: Fedora, Solus, and Ubuntu, I run into the below errors. Seems to be a bios error with my pcie X2 M.2
Error Codes:

I can't record the fedora error since the error only pops on the screen for a millisec. I looked at it few times and it seems to be identical.
Specs:
OS: Fedora 25
Kernel (works): 4.8.6-300
Kernel (error): 4.10.15-200 and 4.10.16-200
MOBO: Gigabyte X99 SLI rev.1
Bios version: F2b then F22(lastest)
RAM: 2133mhz 32GB quad channel
GPU: R9 380
CPU: 5280K stock reset bios after update
A month or two ago I updated my standard distro from Ubuntu 16.10 to 17.04.
When booting into the updated instance I got a few lines of error (didn't catch it), the screen when black, and my fans ramp up to 100%. When I switched back in grub to the 4.8, no errors. I thought it was an Ubuntu error so I tried Solus, same issue straight from USB boot.
Changed out my gpu from R9 380 to GTX 460, same issue. Tried setting Grub to load 4.8 by default but accedently set the opposite. Didn't want to spend anymore time so I've also been a naughty boy by using only Windows.
Finally got around to updated by Bios and installed Fedora 25. After updating which included a kernel update to 4.10 the same issue is occuring. Been manual switching to 4.8 in Grub on boot.
Any help would be appreicated.
I'd be satified with the potential outcomes: Disable/fix 4.10 or upgrade to Ryzen.
