I got like about 50 bucks to spend, I need an AM2 motherboard and Memory modules if its not a normal DDR board.
It needs fairly decent IGP, Something better than an FX5200

Emulators suck dick with a Dual Core but they mainly rely on memory, I need some fast modules
So pretty much Good IGP and fast memory = good arcade machine
get a AM2 board with a Radeon HD 3200, it is the [b]BEST[/b][u] IGP out as of now, I think
