I've never used the Corsair GS series but most of what I read about them is it's loud because the fan is loud as fuck.
The Bitfenix prodigy is a nice case but you have to watch what size your psu is. The longest your PSU can be is 160mm but even then you're probably going to have a hard time getting all the cabling out.
Take a look at the Silverstone ST65F-G 650w 80+ Gold PSU. it's only 140mm long so you get a bit more room to work with and 650w is plenty for your setup.
Getting a H100 in that case does not look viable. From the little research I did, I came across this:

Seems a bit nightmareish
Nah it's fine, so long as you aren't using a push-pull configuration for the H100 like in that picture.

You do, however, lose the 5.25" bay but no big deal.
well do you think a h100i is still viable w/o push-pull config?
should be fine if you already have high static pressure fans.
Yeah, it'll work fine. You're going to have to take out that 5.25" bay though. Either that or you're going to have to mount it in the front of the case which would mean taking out the hard drive cages.
Btw, where is your graphics card? You can't really play those games with integrated graphics...
And look what Singular1ty has done with the Prodigy. He's done some modding, but the case can support two 240mm radiators natively anyway:

well i am going to sacrifice my 5.25" bay anyway, and i am going to buy some corsair sp120s.
I have also watched that particulear episode many times haha.
Very nice! I have an H100 with some SP120s and it works very well. I really want to get a custom loop going eventually though. I'll still be using SP 120's for that too though.
Just so you know though, the fans that come with the H100i are just higher RPM SP120s without the rubber inserts and colored rings. They'll be noisier, but they should actually cool the CPU better than the SP120 performance editions.
And btw, what GPU are you going to use?
Great i am most likely going to save some extra cash and get a loop going to! I also wont buy the sp120s just yet because im not going to have push pull config atm, when i get the case i will assess the modding to fit h100 with push pu ll and then see where i can put my 2 3.5" in drives.
im ald most likely to get the 7850 dont know what model as of yet cause it wont be untill nxt year.
Oh, well if we're talking next year the HD 8000 and GTX 700 series will probably be out by then...well, not right away I supposed since next year is just a month away, lol. But the new cards are rumored to come out during the first or second quarter of 2013.
Oh great! haha i havent even done any research on them as of yet.
Well aside from release dates, there's not really anything to research at the moment just because they haven't been released yet.
Will the MiniITX board work very well with a big graphics card?....Just something to consider.
it shouldnt be a major factor the mobo is the leading itx board in the market atm.
