Just made mayo

so homemade mayo with Cajan seasoning and garlic is amazing. long and short of it is i was hungry and wanted something semi healthy so i decided egg sandwich. had no mayo to keep it from being to dry so i made some up and i tell you what better than any mayo i have ever bought. simple easy and amazing taste. to make in small batch 1 egg yolk, little bit of balsamic vinegar roughly 1 tablespoon , about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil drizzled in slowly as you beat with electric mixer( can mix it all by hand just takes forever) ,sprinkle in what ever seasoning you like intermittently to be sure of proper flavor throughout. mayo should be kept in fridge and should be eaten within a week.

I really have never been a big fan of mayo but that sounds really good.
