Just built a computer, won't boot up

Here's a video on my pc build and spec below, but basically it boot up after I followed the rules, and I saw the massive thread saying what to do during that process. I made sure the cpu connector was on, plugged in, power supply on, tested different power cables, took out the video card, put memory stick into another slot, and the front I/O cables into the right prongs. All the parts are brand new, not in box. I would put stand offs on but it would make the motherboard not aligned with the I/O board on the back.

Your PSU is switched off, hit the switch then the power button.

1) Go to back of your PC
2) Look at the PSU
3) Press the I down
4) Boot
