Jailbreak help

So i recently bought an iPad 4 th generation running ios 6.1.2 and jailbreaked it using evasi0n . After than i tried installing AppSync manuall without using Cydia as my WiFi connection was not working at the time .

So i copied the modified installid file to usr/libexec/  and created a Documents folder in /Applications and User/Application. However after rebooting my iPad and connecting it to my pc i opened up itunes and saw that the ipad was not connecting . i also tried using iFunBox to connect the ipad but it just keeps on showing the connecting to device icon.I tried resetting the iPad but the settings menu wont open up and cydia just keeps on loading

you need have it plugged into ur comp, turn it fully off, hold the home button for 5 seconds along with the sleep button for 10 seconds until you see the apple logo show up and disappear then it might tell you to connect to iTunes and it might not but thats all the help that i can give you.
