well if i look at the benchmarks and you now allready have sandy bridge-E i dont see a reason why you should upgrade at all.. performance diffrence are so small not worth it at all. unless you want to go from a 4 to a 6 core.
Just watched TTL Customs review , I knew it wasn't going to be for enthusiast because multiple OEMs are excited due to the more "pro" benefits *cough* Apple lol
I just hope they release a new platform to go with it... sure allow them to be compatible with X79... but update the chipset to allow for more SATA3 for example... the Enthusiast Platform needs it... they have it in the mainstream...
i personaly think that intel will not release a new chipset anymore. i think X89 will be Hasswell - e. But its just something i personaly think ☺
