I would say either hitman or farcry 3. Those are both on my list. Farcry if you want an open world experience hitman if you want to be silent assassin.

hitman, assassins creed 3 and sleeping dogs are given away with graphics cards, you can probably get those for freebies online if you look hard enough, no opinion on the games

new tomb raider looks promising, and yes it will run on your PC fine

the p2p torrent protocol itself inst illegal it just depends on what CONTENT you are downloading. Torrents are a very effective method of transfering files. If it wasn';t then blizzard wouldnt be using them for all of their patches & updates.
