I recently got a new android phone and was tired of taking 2 devices everywhere so i wanted to put all my music on my phone but none of the album covers or any other information about the songs copied over. i like having my library look nice and when every song is just the default cover it bugs me. is there any way to fix this?
Im guessing your using your stock music app. If so get a better one like poweramp. They have features like that built in. If you dont want to do that you can get an app of your pc called mp3tageditior and you can fix your musics names album arts and all that.
thanks ill try it.
(edit) that app is not free. is there another one that is as good but is also free?
Doubletwist, winamp player pro. They all have free versions. I would get player pro as it is the best. Download a pro version apk and install that.
I like the stock music player on my photon 4g but I'm on a sunfire rom so that MAY have something to do with it, winamp is cool, it really whips the llama's ass
I wish I could use winamp but on a phone with a higher dpi it looks like crap with some sections stretched out. For me a music player must be powerful and beautiful.
after a few days of using the new music players i noticed a few things. all the music sounds dampened and not as loud as on the default music player or an ipod. is there any way to fix this?
What music app? and most should have an eq where you can up the db
i have used n7player and poweramp and they both sound just not as loud as the default. i haven't found a place to fix it but i just might not be looking hard enough. and in poweramp half the album cover doesn't show up, but that's a little thing i can overlook.
Poweramp has a section in the settings to download missing album artwork. I use poweramp as my main music app. If you go into the now playing then press the eq button then raise the preamp level all the way up it should raise the volume. if that isnt load enough uncheck the limit button just under that level. That should help.
You could also download Apollo for android, It is the stock music player for Cyanogen Mod and I enjoyed it quite a bit, just make sure you check unknown sources in your security section of your phone. Link to the Apollo page: LINK
i got the volume fixed thanks but about the album covers its not that they aren't there its that the app just cuts part of it out for some reason.
