I'm having issues with Uplay recognizing my Xbox one controller connected directly to my PC. I've tried with Steam and Origin and both work fine in almost every game but doesn't seem to work with Uplay at all. Does anybody has a sollution?

Best to complain to uplay and hope they make an patch to fix this issue.
Easy fix. Stop using uplay.
