Issue with laptop dock and quad display / quad PC KVM

Hi

I purchased your quad PC / quad display KVM from you in the past.

I’m using Fibbr fiber optic display port cables.

I am struggling to integrate a Plugable laptop dock (TBT4 UDZ) into my setup unfortunately.

When connecting the dock to the KVM I cannot get the displays to work. When bypassing the KVM and connecting the monitors to the dock all is fine.

Are there any known issues / recommendations with laptop docks and your KVMs?

Youll probably have to email me. Theres loads of people using caldigit thunderbolt docks but generlaly most laptops dont do well driving 4 displays via adapters.

For the laptop, Im actually happy to only get 2x displays working, could even live with one.
I can get my hands on a Caldigit dock so will have a see if that works better than my Plugable one. Thanks
