Issue deleting Sound Switch

So I had Sound Switch on my PC. Great program but after I uninstalled it I have this issue. After every restart it try's to re download its self. 

Logan suggested on twitch that I use CCleaner to uninstall it. No luck

I believe the version I was using is 2.4.1.4 

If anyone else has had this and gotten rid of it completely. Please share how to. I am on Window 8.1 by the way. Thanks

It might be a software package that emulates hardware (virtual hardware) and it might of left the virt hardware behind in the uninstall.

Check in your device manager to see if there is a sound device you do not recognise.

Just checked. No Good thought however.
