True.. I used to pay $80 a month for 200kb/s connection because of that monopoly.. Only when the ministry of communication canceled the monopoly and in less than 4 months I switched to a new ISP and I'm getting 100Mb/s (actual performance, just as promised) on fiber for $20 a month..
It's only funny cause it's true.
