Is this UPS good for a PC , and 2 display s?

both eaton and apc come with software for windows that will shutdown the PC in time, even if your not around. And both (the eaton way better) have linux support as well.

Cyber power has that feature as well

Depends on what your graphics card pulls during load. Your displays will pull a max of somewhere around 30 watts, and a 1000VA UPS has about a 700 watt capacity so you don't have to factor displays into the equation nearly as much as you do full system load. If you have something like a Core i7 and a high end graphics card you're looking at somewhere around 400 watts, which the UPS will take but in the event of a power outage wont last very long.
