I am hoping to get a new pc in a few months and have been working on a list of parts I want in it, but I don't know if the parts I have choosen will get me the best performance for the money I have to spend. I want to know also if I could go intel for around the same price with better performance. This pc is for a wide variety of gaming and high detail Blender scenes using sometimes in excess of 2 GB of video RAM. I love the current motherboard I have chosen so If there is a faster intel CPU around the same price I would want a motherboard around the same price with similar features. Below is a link to the list of parts I want in want so far.

There are various vendors that you can buy from in order to get this stuff cheaper. I was able to squeeze in a 256GB SSD and a 1TB drive.

Extremely fast build for the money. And you can even add in another 780 later down the road.
Also, this is all rather meaningless since you don't plan on buying anything for a few months. Prices will change and there may be better options in the future. I recommend waiting about a week before you plan on purchasing your parts, and then come back and ask for some assistance.
Thanks but I noticed you change to windows 7 home and that wouldn't work for me. One of the things I want to do with my pc is use the windows xp virtual machine so I can play the original Fallout games. I also don't need a 1 TB drive or an ssd really any boot time better then what I have would be a major improvement(about 10 minutes to start fully) I currently have a 5900 rpm hard drive. I probaly should have asked if I could get an Intel pc with around the same speed or faster for cheaper. I looked at some intel equivelent processor and it is cheaper but I don't know if there is a good motherboard for around the same price as this AMD motherboard with similar features.
Nope, for the price that amd build deus ares put together is pretty good, just change to windows 7 professional if you need it. Also, you may as well get the ssd as a boot drive if you can afford it, it'll be well worth it.
That was my bad. Just change it to the version you need.
Which CPUs and motherboards were you looking at that were cheaper than AMD and similar in performance?
Just drop the SSD if you don't want it. It's more of a luxury than a necessity. As for the 1TB drive, why not get it? It's $25 cheaper than the 750GB drive. Why pay more for less? Doesn't make sense, lol.
