Get the 7870 Ghz edition that you linked. It will get much better performance than a 7850.

The new 7870 XT (Tahiti LE) are the best performance for price......its hard to find anywhere with stock left as its such a god card for the money.

~10 inches depending on what one you choose the one your looking at may be near 11"
