Is the XFX 550 Core edition ( http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9 ) powerfull enough to power this rig? I plan to OC the GPU a bit in future.

Well if you want to oc the 7950 buy the oc version if there is one.

Yes, that powersupply will be fine.

That 7950 has a clock core of 900MHz rather then the 800MHz, and it also fully unlocked and has the best cooling option for further OCs

Yes it'll be fine. But might I ask why you chose the 3470? Also, a 1TB HDD costs only $10 more, or do you already have it?

I don't see the point in buying the 3570, since it costs 50€ more here, for those 0.2Ghz more.

And yes, the HDD is the HDD i currently have in my ''old'' comp, i'll just reuse it again. I have a 2TB external HDD (or w.e you call those in english).

I would recommend the 3570k so that you have an unlocked processor. It costs more, but allows you to get much more out of the silicon. That PSU will be fine, but I would recommend a fully-modular Seasonic; it costs only $30 more and is a more trustworthy brand in my opinion. 550W is fine, though - I made the mistake of buying an 850W Corsair HX that is about 400W more than I need for my 3770k/680.

I'm using a h77 board, that's why also the locked version, i don't plan to OC the CPU anyway. I was looking for the Seasonic modular one across the whole country, nobody had it, that's why i went with XFX. I also dont wanna buy out of the country, who knows what can happen during the delivery.

PS: I'm not from the USA, so the prizes are also quite different.
