Chieftec A85 650w silver paired with GTX 660ti OC 2X?
No
I recomend an 850watt, gives you a little overclocking room and it won't go much past 80% load.
It's not advised. I would recommend a 750w PSU similar to this maybe > http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151107
Maybe, most likely yes, but I would get a 750W. Don't consider any more than that; most people have no idea what the hell they're talking about when it comes to power consumption.
Hmmmmm What is the worst case scenario if this psu isnt enough but i still go along and conect the second card?
The worst case is it works but the psu overheats and explodes but most likely the 2nd graphics card would just not be powered...
I've had two 670's run off a high-end 650w PSU before with everything working fine but I would still recommend a 750w.
It would run and work, but it won't have any room at load... it will be most of the time around 80% or even more, I wouldn't recommend doing it, if the PSU isn't able to deliver such power when the cards are at full load, you could fry the system.
Any advice on a 850w PSU thats not that expensive?
What's your budget?
you can do it off a 650w 660ti's are power effecient enough but its always advised u calculate the power draw and add +100w for power fluctuations. I would just pick up a 750w
its minimum is 450watt power supply, and a 2nd gpu won't draw another 200w

very likely it would be enough.
I wouldn't advise it though get a 750W
150 euros

I think my oc-ed CPU draws at full load 350-370w so that could be a problem?
I tried several calculators but they give me conflicting results.
I agree get a 750w as you might get power spikes and that should be more than enough, 650 is too low with that processor.
I couldn find some good 750w and there where no 850w ones in my country.
But i found this and i would be interested if this is a good price? 200 euros?

You don't need an 850W; you just need a good 650W to 750W. What you have now is.... crap. Get a good Lepa G650, Seasonic X 650, Corsair HX650, Rosewill Capstone 650 M, or Silverstone Strider Gold Evolution 650W, and you're fine.
