Is this power supply any good? (Budget AMD gaming build)

http://www.scan.co.uk/products/550w-powercool-green-dual-pcpc550auba-80-plus-sli-crossfire-fan-atx-v22-psu

Here are the specs of my pc:

Amd phenom x4 965

8gb corsair vengance

radeon 7850

1tb hardrive

asus 970 series am3+ mobo

Just want to know whether it will be reliable, louda and if it will fry my pcin a year!

Thanks in advance!

You could get a decent branded psu for the same price, for example the corsair GX lite 500.

(that was the first thread on google btw)

I've never heard of power cool before. I would suggest avoiding it. The first computer I ever built used a knock off PSU and the fans on it died on me and the thing started overheating. I had to buy a new one.

I would strongly suggest buying from either Seasonic, Corsair, Silverstone, Enermax, Cooler Master, NZXT, Thermaltake, or XFX.
