Please can someone help building a pc. I want to know if these parts are compatible with each other and if it is good enough to play BF4 and other next generation games? And which pc is the best?
Might be something missing from that build but it's hard to tell at this time...
I hate the term next generation games. There are no visuals that I've seen in BF4 that I haven't seen in games five to ten years older. Aside from that, it would help if you were to actually post your build.
What do you mean by "actually post your build"?
"I want to know if these parts are compatible with each other:" What parts?
oh sorry i forgot to post the link LOL
here you are
Definitely powerful. But I would get 16 GB of RAM to last you a couple more years, but that's just a personal preference. But very powerful
Suggestions:

MOBO: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard. The one you picked isn't SLI/Xfire capable.
SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk. Not the fastest, but it'll save you a decent amount of money.
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive. 1TB is plenty.
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card. Compared to your GTX 660, this thing is FAST. Also, BF4 recommends at least 3GB of VRAM. GTX 660 won't really cut it for BF4
Ok thank you very much but any more ANYTHING will put me out of my budget :\
Okay: good enough for next gen games, yes. Compatible, yes. However it is an extremely unbalance build. Your PSU is somewhat inefficient and has much more wattage than needed also your GPU is very weak for such an expensive build and is not at all good for the money.
Here is what I'd do: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/william123098/saved/2LMX
There is a PSU, that is not overkill; a much better GPU; a similar CPU and it costs £50 less.
Thank you i really appreciate it :D
This is a much better build. More powerful than initial build, but for less. I would get this exact configuration.
You can throw in the 16GB of RAM and still be under budget.
You see I like the INTEL but I don't really mind the AMD *sigh* I don't no which one!
If you have single-threaded applications/games you play, go Intel.
If you have nice programs with good multi-threading, the AMD is a good option.
I'm somewhat of an Intel fanboy when it comes to my own PCs. I've never had an AMD CPU. Ever. Dad hates them, and therefore I don't buy them :P.
I totally agree on the Intel n stuff but it has got a better clock even with out over clocking so i think i am going to go for the AMD one

Just some knowledge:
Clock speeds between two different architectures should not be compared 1:1. For example, Intel's Haswell line is generally faster at lower clock speeds compared to Ivy Bridge at higher speeds. Comparing two totally different processors with die sizes of Intel's 22nm vs AMD's 32nm and different architecture is not a very good idea.
The AMD build is good, and if your programs take advantage of the cores, it'll be a speedy computer. I'm not trying to sway you toward one company, just some knowledge to think about.
