Is this mobo good for overclocking?

Is the msi z87 G43 mobo good for moderate overclocking with the i5 4670K at 4.4ghz? I will be using a Hyper 212 evo cpu cooler. I just want to know will I have heating or stability issues with this mobo or will It be just fine?

Should be fine mate, midrange board are plenty good enough to overclock the haswell chips. Biggest issue in overclocking the haswell ovens is keeping em cool enough. Depending on your ambient temps the 212 may be able to get you to 4.4, really depends on how good the chip is and what volts you need.

i am a bit doubting that this mobo can keep a 4.4GHZ oc stable.

i would spend a bit more cash into a decent board, who´s made for it ☺
