Is this good?

Im thinking of building a pc around 1200 dollars. is this good?

Motherboard: MSI Z97 - G45 gaming ATX LGA1150

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690k

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

GPU: MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr

RAM: 8gb G-Skill Ripjaw

Storage: 120gb Kingston SSD & 2tb Seagate barracuda

PSU: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze

Case: Corsair Graphite 600T

It's good, but you could get some higher quality components for 1200$

This is what I would do with 1200$:

thanks for the suggestions m8!

are you from Oz? cause you can't build anything close to that with $1200 in Oz :P

That suggested build is fine and all but you should probably get a smaller SSD and an HDD.

Not necessarily, I'm fine with 500gb for ordinary use, the only use I would have for HDDs would be to keep huge audio libraries or to edit large video files. If like me he doesn't need that much storage a 500gb or more SSD is a blessing.

Exactly my point. A 500Gb SSD will have you covered for the most part, and HDDs are cheap, you can pick one up later. I personally like moving all the Music, Pictures, Videos and such to a NAS anyways.
