Is this good to run gta rp properly and any suggestions?

I can’t say for sure about GTA RP, but the answer is probably yes - it’s a very old game at this point and unless RP mod is super demanding than you should be fine…
However I would suggest if you can stretch it get Ryzen 5600. It has double L3 cache and PCIE 4.0 connectivity that will be better for RX7600. That GPU runs on 8 lanes of PCIE 4.0, so you would get half bandwidth with Ryzen 5500.

Not sure if liquid cooler will do you any good on 65W CPU, maybe best spend that extra money on the CPU and use bundled Wraith stealth.

Also if it’s a reference 7600, check that your 8-Pin power cable connects properly, some of those 6+2 plugs don’t go all the way in.
