I have been looking at this Cooler Master Seidon 120m and i am thinking of overclocking
my Intel core i5 3570k to 4.5ghz with it. Is this cooler up to it?

a 120MM AIO cooler would be psuhing it for Overclocking a 3570K, for 4.5Ghz you could just as easily get a large air cooler though, less hassle, and it will probably perform better.
4.5ghz isn't too much of a stretch so I figure it could do it, I've barely worked with Ivy Bridge though so I don't know how bad the heat problem with overvolting actually is but I figure it could do it. I'd probably agree with BeyondNight though, The Seidon isn't quite the best for the job, a Phanteks huge clown coloured case rape or the glorious master race Noctua NH-D14 shit brown edition would work quite well.
