for that price, go with an AMD fx 6300 or 8350, wit a hyper 212 evo cooler, and an asrock extreme 4 990fx mobo. and get an xfx or seasonic psu, they have the best reliablilty
If it's for gaming I'd have to disagree, the i5 is better.
To add to the PSU statement, Seasonic, XFX, Corsair, Antec, Thermaltake, Enermax, Fractal Design, Be Quiet!, Silverstone and FSP all make good powersupplies, many of them are from the same OEM. OCZ, NZXT and Rosewill also have several good models. As an example the NXZT Hale82 series is made by Seasonic.
When it comes to gaming, definately wouldn't recommend th FX83** chips, but the FX6300 will give similar gaming performance and leave room for a GPU upgrade. Take a look at:

I generally find this build to be a perfect balanced point of PvP, you have a good chunk of extra dough though, could be spent on a better GPU (better gaming performance), and SSD drive (faster load times), or an upgrade to an i5 (faster general application performance).
Well thanks guys, but its impossible it goes up to 1000$(1535 of my country's currency) with SEASONIC M12II-850 Bronze,ASROCK 990FX Extreme4 and FX-8350...
And i don't have the money.
As for the build, will the psu be enough? i'm speaking of the 600 gold fortron or should i go with S12II-620 Bronze
The build is for my brother he wants to play the newest games on max details as for the monitor resolution i'd have to check but it was around 1600 and something so would the configuration be good enough for this?
the s12 should be enough for a single gpu build, easily. and almost any intel build will be more expensive than an equivalent amd build....
