I have 650 Euros to spare and no more. Just want your personal opinion about this build. Also, I live in Spain, so U.S. prices don't apply here.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H -78 Euros

CPU: I5-4570 3.2 GHz -169 Euros

RAM: G. Skill RIpjaws X DDR3 1600 MHz CL7 2X4GB -75.95 Euros

GPU: Sapphire R9 280 Dual-X OC 3GB GDDR5 -179 Euros

HD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB -50.95 Euros

PSU: Cooler Master G600 600W 80+ Bronze (Is it overkill?) -59 Euros

Case: Cooler Master K350 USB 3.0 -34 Euros

I'm going to use this for basically... everything I guess.

Looks great.  You could possibly go with a cheaper B85 motherboard and a slightly stronger graphics card, but it's not really necessary.
