only thing I would change would be the CPU if you can get a 6300 well whats your budget?
I was building my first PC 3 months ago and planned on using that same processor with that same GPU and I'll tell you what people told me "that processor WILL bottleneck your gpu." With the build you have going on now I'd highly suggest an I-5 (or 8350). I got the 2500k and am very glad I made that choice. Wait on buying one of the luxury items like a nice keyboard/mouse or monitor and use an old spare laying around if you have it and buy those items later. You will be happy you did. If you do stick wtih that processor save yourself some cash and get a 7850 or 7770.

I would honestly suggest the 2500k/3570k/8350. If you don't get one of those you will always be wishing you had saved the extra 100$. On a side note, I have that exact GPU and I love it. Its pretty big though, about 12" long so make sure it will fit in that case.
