My budget is $750 or around there and i think this is the best build for the money. it needs to be a canadian build. and i have a 60 hz moniter so i cant have over 60hz but maybe in the future will need above 60hz

i'd grab an antec 300 revision2 (for usb3.0 front IO) and tack on a 212 EVO, other than that i think you've got the most bang for buck. I'd grab an SSD as soon as possible,
