Is this a good start for a HTPC

Hello all,

I have been pondering building a HTPC for some time now, and have come across some used parts that seem to be an OK deal. I am located in Canada so prices are a bit higher up here.

Here is the used pc.

AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Quad-Core with DirectX 11 Graphic AMD Radeon HD 7660D

Gigabyte F2A75M-D3H motherboard

NZXT HTPC Case (Silver)

Just needs powersupply HDD and RAM for fully functioning PC.

The above is for $200. Is this a good price, or should I buy new?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1mdKU I like the Silverstone PS08B cass but you can find one that blend into stereo equipment. ie:  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811353017&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-HTPC+%2f+Media+Center+Cases-_-N82E16811353017&gclid=CMLtl-7K1rgCFQto7Aod73EA4g

but yes you are on the right train of thought
