Is this a good set up for a media centre PC

Hi,
I wish to build a media centre PC and want to know if these components are good enough for decoding HD content. As well having enough power for say 550 watt psu?

The build I wish to build is:

CPU:
Intel Celeron G1850 (2.9GHz Dual Core)

 CPU Cooler:

RECOMMEND ONE FOR me   that fits my HTPC.  Might be using either a Fractal node case or  Silverstone GD05

MOBO:
ASUS H81M-E Motherboard

GPU:
GTS 450 gigabyte 1 GB

RAM:
4gb of 1333 MHz (G SKILL 2 sticks of  x2)

HDD:
250GB  HDD for windows applications like: Windows media player, VLC, Mozilla, chrome, anti
virus protection ect)

Maybe a 60GB ssd for windows.

With an external 4tTB HDD for movie storage.
Not worried about  the external  as its a plug and play device.

PSU: Antec 550 Watt True power 80+ bronze

DVD/CD(BLUERAY)
Blue-Ray DVD reader

and a few fans say 4 noctua or NZXT fans.

Do you think the 550 watt that I have listed is enough to power  all these components?

Looks very good for me. I would recommend checking out XBMCBuntu. I often use that for my media needs

Oh cheers for that mate. Though like I said.... Its just going to be for movies nothing else. And maybe casual games like solitaire and surfing the web. When the family comes over.

Another possible avenue could be an APU from AMD.... I'll let you look into that ;)

Yeah! But, would that be too much?

It'll actually be cheaper

If that is all you wanna do with the PC you could just get a newer i3 processor and use the integrated graphics rather than the GTS 450. You will get more CPU power out of it too.

Here is a high quality build that has wifi built in for $450

Here is a low price build with no wifi built in: $350

Here is an AMD option that is VERY good value, but the processor is not nearly as strong for transcoding: ~$270

Yeah! But, its just for a media centre build nothing too fancy.. Though, I will take the AMD build into consideration :) Thanks a lot guys.
