ok well $200 is kinda my price cut off. and thats normally a 23inch but this is 27 so i want it

It's fine, although I would prefer to spend money on a 23" IPS panel. But that's just me. Obviously the larger screen size can be important to some people, but I sit about one and a half feet from my display, so any larger at 1080p and I'll be able to see the pixels.
