It depends on what you need to do with it.
I've worked with 'xenyx' series mixers in a terrible low budget musical production and it was not a good experience. The preamps had little headroom and no real sound to them. But it was almost ten years ago, it did't have an AD interface.
As a general rule I would not buy it, but it really depends on your goal.

I was looking at the q1002 a while back for a small audio interface to have with my laptop for recording on the go.
I ended up going for the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. It's pretty much the same price, just more compact and less unnecessary features. Highly recommended! :) You can also get it as a bundle package with a fairly decent condenser mic/stand and headphones for not much more.
