You could play Minecraft, yeah, but don't expect to play any AAA games at anything above low at 30fps. I'd go for a 260 if you could.
If you have an AMD APU like the A10, then you can do dual graphics and get much more performance, however the card by itself probably won't be able to play anything above 30fps at low medium 1080p. However at 720p you could probably pull 60 fps with the card by itself.
in your profile you have a 5800k, the gpu on which is a 7660d, according to notebookcheck this has 384 processing cores at somewhere between 6 and 800MHz (probably 8), the card you listed has 384 processing cores at 1GHz, with a memory clock of 1.8GHz, you don't have your ram speed listed on your profile so can't even say if that's any better or worse than what you have now
tl:dr: it's little more than a side-grade, you need to spend a good deal more money to get anything that will be anywhere near an upgrade
my ram is kingston blu 1333 running at 1600
I agree here.
You're going to want to wait a little bit and save up a little more money and get something better. A GTX 750 or an R7 260X would be a good choice.
thanks for the video card choice i will keep an eye on thisĀ
